It has since come to the attention of the Los Angeles office that Juanell Smart was married at one time to [name deleted] [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">David Wise<\/span>].<\/p>\n<p>Smart was recontacted on December 7, 1978 and questioned as to the whereabouts of [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">David Wise<\/span>]. She advised that her marriage was annulled on February 13, 1978, at Sacramento, California. She last saw [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Wise<\/span>] in June 1976 in Denver, Colorado, while she was en route to Guam.
