On December 7, 1978, [name and address deleted], Los Angeles, California, telephone [deleted] signed a form authorizing an autopsy be performed on the body of her son, William Richard Castillo.<\/p>\n
On December 7, 1978, [name deleted], Assistant to Congressman Edward Roybal, telephone (FTS) 225-6235, telephonically contacted the Los Angeles Office and advised that Congressman Roybal was concerned as to why Castillo’s body was selected. He<\/p>\n

was also concerned that this was a very upsetting situation for his mother.
