Conference held this date with DA [Joseph] Freitas and COP [Chief of Police] Gain [Charles Gain]. COP Gain advises Mayor [Dianne] Feinstein has made overtures to Jean Brown, PT member residing in Temple, to establish rapport with law enforcement and asked that Brown contact Gain. As of 6:00 P.M., this date, Brown had called Gain\u2019s office; however, Gain was out at the time and plans to return Brown’s call later this P.M.<\/p>\n
Eleven PT members returning from Guyana via New York scheduled to arrive aboard American Airlines flight 19 at 7:34 P.M., this date. San Francisco FBI is not meeting plane<\/p>\n

in view of the extensive interviews done by FBI, New York, and the fact [names deleted] are under subpoena to appear before the grand jury [one word deleted]. Information received this date from San Francisco DA\u2019s office indicates radio transmission intercepted by ham operator in Connecticut which was being transmitted from Guyana to Cuba. Leads set.<\/p>\n
Five possible foreign bank accounts assigned to PT identify and leads set through FBI HQ to Legats.<\/p>\n
