In view of the return of Jimmie Warren Jones, Jr., Negro, male, DOB Oct. 1, 1960, admitted member of Jonestown security force to Peoples Temple (PT), San Francisco, Calif., San Francisco should interview and alert Suzanne Cartnell [Cartmell], Korean, female, age 24, adopted daughter of the Rev. Jimmie Jones, and former member of the PT.<\/p>\n
As indicated in reference to Indianapolis teletype, Cartnell currently employed by HEW, in San Francisco and may be in danger,<\/p>\n
