[Name deleted] made two telephonic contacts with [Names deleted], stressing the urgent need for [Name deleted] to either travel to Memphis, Tenn. at the earliest possible date or for [Name deleted] to travel Indianapolis on this weekend Dec. 2-3, 1978.<\/p>\n
[Name deleted] advised [Name deleted] that People\u2019s Temple (PT) leaders were doing wild and irrational things shortly before the murders and suicides in Guyana and may have coerced Esther Mueller [words deleted] into signing her Swiss bank accounts over to PT or to PT members. [Name deleted] indicated he knew for a fact that Esther Miller had been forced to sign over accounts. [Name deleted] did not indicate how he knew this. [Name deleted] fears this was <\/p>\n

done by PT members who escaped the massacre and are currently being held under house arrest by the Government of Guyana. [Name deleted] stressed the urgency to act so as to freeze the Swiss bank accounts before PT members are released from custody and can get them.<\/p>\n
[Name deleted] again telephonically contacted [Name deleted] to advise he merely needed [words deleted] authority to enable [Name deleted] to notify the Swiss banks to freeze the accounts. [Name deleted] also indicated this matter was too big for either he or [Name deleted] to handle and that he, [Name deleted], intends to bring in the U.S. government and notify the U.S. Attorney. [Name deleted] indicated that he will not charge [Name deleted] for services if he handles this matter and that [Name deleted] is free to hire outside council [counsel] should he so desire. [Name deleted] instructed [Name deleted] to write a letter authorizing [Name deleted] to act and send it to [Name deleted] at [address deleted].<\/p>\n
[Name deleted] is no longer planning to visit Indianapolis and [Name deleted] is no longer being urged to travel to Memphis, Tenn.<\/p>\n
The urgency and secrecy which [Name deleted] stressed in earlier conversations appears to have faded.<\/p>\n
