The following is a synopsis of telephone conversations as taken from Elsur tape between [name deleted] of Indianapolis, Indiana and [name deleted] on 12\/1-2\/78.<\/p>\n
Call #1 from [name deleted] whereupon [name deleted] indicated he wanted to send a telegram to Swiss banks and freeze the funds there. [name deleted] indicated he thought Ester [Esther] Mueller had signed papers, however, he felt that the money belonged to [name deleted]. [name deleted] further indicated that [name deleted] and Michael Probst [Prokes] (phonetic) escaped with $500,000, however, currently in custody in Guyana but soon due to be released and [name deleted] indicated that he wanted a brief meeting on Saturday 12\/2\/78 regarding the above.<\/p>\n

Call #2, [name deleted] from [name deleted] to [name deleted]. [name deleted] further indicates he wants to come to Indianapolis and meet with [name deleted] and has papers showing exactly where back accounts are located. [name deleted] volunteered to freeze bank funds at no fee [name deleted].<\/p>\n
Call #3, [name deleted] from [name deleted] to [name deleted], whereupon [name deleted] indicated that all money is in Ester Mueller’s name. [name deleted] also stated that on early Monday morning, the U.S. Attorney, chief prosecutor of San Francisco, was flying in to meet with [name deleted] and talk and that [name deleted] wanted [information deleted] to tell the whole story, to enable him to bring the U.S. government in on this matter. [name deleted] wants to get the U.S. Attorney’s office involved. [name deleted] further indicated that he did not think the U.S. government could get Ester Mueller’s money if it was in fact in Ester\u2019s name. [name deleted] indicated he needs to meet with the officials of the two countries involved, Panama (probably meant to say Guyana) and Switzerland. [name deleted] stated that he can get an affidavit from a person who turned the moneys over to [name deleted] and later in the conversation [name deleted] stated I have an affidavit from the person who left the Temple and is currently helping [name deleted].<\/p>\n
[name deleted] stated that the Peoples Temple has been very clever in <\/p>\n
