[Name deleted]<\/span>, (protect identity), [address deleted]<\/span>, telephone [deleted]<\/span>, was interviewed with regard to the questions contained in referenced Bureau teletype. [Name deleted]<\/span> requested that her identity be protected in view of her fear of personal harassment.<\/p>\n [Name deleted]<\/span> could provide no information with regard to questions number 1. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 12 [13], 14, 17 and 18 contained in referenced communication.<\/p>\n With regard question 7, [Name deleted]<\/span> stated that at the time she left the Peoples Temple in August, 1973, an inner-core council which was called the Board and which had been formed in 1971, was the governing council of the Peoples Temple.
