[<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Kice<\/span>] refused to make any additional statement to interviewing agent. [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Kice<\/span>] indicated she is represented by a San Francisco, California attorney and that documentary evidence in her possession is currently in possession of &#8220;several writers&#8221; at an undisclosed location.<\/p>\n<p>PAGE TWO DE DL #0013 UNCLAS EFTO (DL 89-205)<\/p>\n<p>[<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Kice<\/span>] indicated she would obtain documentary evidence and have same for her appearance before FGJ, San Francisco.<\/p>\n<p>On December 14, 1978, [name deleted] located and after consultation with attorney, consented to be interviewed by Dallas FBI and USSS [United States Secret Service], Dallas, Texas, at 1:00 PM, CST, at Dallas office FBI.<\/p>\n<p>Sacramento discontinue lead to recontact [name deleted] as contained in re teletype.<\/p>\n<p>Dallas will furnish results of interview [name deleted] to interested offices.<\/p>\n<p>Armed and dangerous; suicidal tendencies.<\/p>\n<p>BT<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>[Editor\u2019s note: One of the subjects of this serial whose name is deleted is former Temple member Faith Kice.
