On December 15, 1978, [name and address deleted], Los Angeles, California was contacted and advised that she was a sister of [name deleted] who was formerly a member of the People\u2019s Temple (PT) and who had lived both in Ukiah, California and Guyana. [Name deleted] advised she did not author \\ the letter referred to in referenced teletype, however advised that she did write letters to both district attorneys in Los Angeles and San Francisco regarding illegal practices of the PT.<\/p>\n

her mother, Mrs. David Howard, and grandmother, Vinnie [Vennie] Thompson, were killed in Guyana, however, has had no word from her cousin [name deleted]. [Name deleted] does not know the current whereabouts of [Name deleted].<\/p>\n
[Name deleted] advised that she did not know the whereabouts of her brother [Name deleted]. However, because of recent federal statutes, i.e. Freedom of Information Act, she refused to discuss the whereabouts of [Name deleted] for interview. [Name deleted] however, agreed to contact [Name deleted] to ascertain if he would be agreeable to be interviewed by Bureau agents. [Name deleted] reluctantly agreed to recontact SA [Name deleted] regarding [Name deleted] answer to furnish interview.<\/p>\n
