He advised he obtained information wherein attorney Mark Lane, accompanied by one Terry Buford, allegedly coming to New Orleans to speak to [name deleted] [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Lou Gurvich<\/span>]. [Name deleted] advised reason for contact unknown, however, he believes it has to do with [<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Lou Gurvich<\/span>] intentions to file suit against the People&#8217;s Temple, noting<\/p>\n<p>PAGE TWO NO 89-184 UNCLAS<\/p>\n<p>[<span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">his daughter Jann Gurvich<\/span>] was victim.<\/p>\n<p>On Dec. 19, 1978, [Name deleted] advised New Orleans FBI Lane and Buford arrived New Orleans on Dec. 18, 1978, and stayed evening of Dec. 18, 1978, at Bourbon Orleans Hotel. He advised [Name deleted], Buford, [several more names deleted] had conversation either PM, Dec. 18, 1978, or AM Dec. 19, 1978. Details of conversation unknown. He advised he believed scope of conversation concerning fact that [3 lines deleted]<\/p>\n<p>[Name deleted] advised Buford and Lane departed New Orleans early AM, Dec. 19, 1978, en route San Francisco.<\/p>\n<p>New Orleans will contact [Name deleted] and obtain complete details of contact with [Name deleted] and Terry Buford and, if possible, obtain signed statement regarding this conversation.
