IN VIEW BISHOP’S ACTION AND TIME CASE HAS TAKEN SO FAR, EMBASSY REQUESTED INFORMALLY DISCUSS THIS MATTER WITH APPROPRIATE LEVEL GOG TO DETERMINE: A) HAS CASE BEEN REASSIGNED, B) CAN CASE BE ACTED UPON EXPEDITIOUSLY’ WE APPRECIATE BISHOP’S DECISION MAY HAVE HEIGHTENED GOG SENSITIVITIES RE THIS CASE AND YOU SHOULD INDICATE OUR DESIRE NOT TO INTERVENE IN ADMINISTRATION OF INTERNAL JUSTICE. <\/p>\n
