AMBASSADOR HAS OBTAINED FROM FOREIGN MINISTER RASHLEIGH JACKSON CLEARANCE FOR THE ARRIVAL OF SPECIAL MILITARY AIRCRAFT REPORTED IN REFTEL.  CLEARANCE WAS PROVIDED BY THE FORMIN  ON THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THE AIRCRAFT WOULD DEPLANE ITS PASSENGERS AND LEAVE IMMEDIATELY. PERMISSION TO REFUEL THE NECESSARY WAS, HOWEVER, GRANTED.<\/p>\n<p>2.
