AIRCRAFT WILL STOP AT CARACAS IN MID-AFTERNOON AND PICK UP CONSULAR OFFICER RICHARD MARTIN, ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER DOUGLAS DAVIDSON AND COMMUNICATOR ROBERT HALL.<\/p>\n<p>4.
