Commissioner of National Police Lloyd Barker listed the following equipment needs for Jonestown operation on emergency basis:<\/p>\n<p>15-20 \u2013 Handy-talkies for short-range communications between units;<br \/>\n3 \u2013 Bay stations on same frequency with Handy-talkies.<br \/>\n3.
