THE CONSUL HAS DISCUSSED WITH THE CHIEF MEDICAL OFFICER (OF THE GOG) THE PROCEDURES TO BE FOLLOWED TO FACILITATE THE ISSUANCE OF GUYANESE DEATH CERTIFICATES FOR THE JONESTOWN DEAD. <\/p>\n<p>2. THE CMO, DR. BAIRD, IS PREPARED TO ISSUE DEATH CERTIFICATES AS YOU CABLE US THE FULL NAMES AND DPOBS OF THE CONFIRMED DEAD (FROM DOVER). <\/p>\n<p>3. ONLY IDENTIFIED, CONFIRMED DEAD WILL BE CERTIFIED AS THINGS STAND NOW. BAIRD HOPES THE NAMES WILL COME IN SMALL BATCHES SO THAT HIS LIMITED STAFF ARE NOT SWAMPED.
