The Embassy is also just received the death certificate for Patricia Parks, subject of Georgetown 3870, Georgetown 37 [last two digits illegible] and State 293798. The five death certificates have been put in an envelope addressed to Deputy Assistant Secretary of State, Allan Gise and will be hand carried to the Department by Mrs. Mary Dell Humphrey, an employee of the FBI, traveling to Washington tomorrow December 6, 1978.
