LARRY SCHACHT.<\/p>\n<p>ON DECEMBER 7, 1978, WRITTEN CONSENT FOR AN AUTOPSY ON THE <\/p>\n<p>PAGE TWO DE RUEHFB 0084 UNCLAS <\/p>\n<p>REMAINS OF THE REVEREND JIM JONES WAS OBTAINED FROM HIS NEXT OF KIN, SUZANNE JONES CARTWELL [CARTMELL], WHO IS REVEREND JONES\u2019 ADOPTED DAUGHTER. MS. CARTWELL PROVIDED APPROPRIATE LEGAL DOCUMENTS INDICATING HER RELATIONSHIP AS THE LEGALLY ADOPTED DAUGHTER OF REVEREND JONES ANY CONSENT WAS SIGNED BY HER AFTER CONSULTATION WITH REVEREND JONES\u2019 SONS, JIM JONES, JR., AND TIMOTHY G.  JONES, WHO WERE SURVIVORS OF THE JONESTOWN, GUYANA, INCIDENT, WHO ARRIVED IN NEW YORK CITY ON DECEMBER 7, 1978. JIM JONES, JR. AND TIMOTHY JONES ALSO SIGNED A CONSENT FORM.<\/p>\n<p>DOVER AIR FORCE BASE REQUESTED TO PASS ABOVE INFORMATION TO MESSRS.
