It is hereby stipulated by and between the respective parties hereto that the petitioner, GRACE LUCY STOEN, and Respondent, TIMOTHY O. STOEN, shall share the joint legal custody and control of the minor child, JOHN VICTOR STOEN, born January 25, 1972, and that the petitioner, GRACE LUCY STOEN, shall have physical custody of said minor, and Respondent, TIMOTHY O. STOEN, shall have the right to visit with said minor at all reasonable times and places.

REVOCATION OF PREVIOUS POWERS OF ATTORNEY AND AUTHORIZATIONS RE GUARDIANSHIP OF THE MINOR CHILD JOHN VICTOR STOEN
I, GRACE L. STOEN, hereby declare the following under penalty of perjury:
I am the natural mother of JOHN VICTOR STOEN, born January 25, 1972. Pursuant to an Order Re Child Custody issued by the Superior Court of the State of California and in the City and County of San Francisco, I have exclusive custody of my minor son, JOHN VICTOR STOEN.
I hereby revoke any and all previous powers of attorney or other authorizations granting custody of my minor son, JOHN VICTOR STOEN to any third party, including but not limited to a power of attorney authorizing JOYCE TOUCHETTE to act as guardian of my son.
I hereby declare under penalty of perjury that the foregoing is true and correct.

I hereby revoked the parental consent and power of attorney granted on March 9, 1976 in Ukiah, California, authorizing Joyce Touchette to act as guardian of JOHN VICTOR STOEN, born January 25, 1972, and SHARON COBB, JIM JONES and HELEN SWINNEY to act as my attorneys-in-fact, jointly and severally, to take any and all action any of them deem fit for the welfare of the minor child, JOHN VICTOR STOEN.
