Remembrances |
|
“I remember Barbara as a young child. She was my grandmother's best friend from Texas. They moved from Texas here. My grandmother introduced Barbara and some of their other friends to Peoples Temple. I vividly remember attending the church on Hoover when I was in Junior High school. I also remember the day I watched in horror the bodies while I was in High School. Barbara was my grandmother's friend and our family still thinks about this tragedy each year since and how are government allowed all those people to leave with this monster. ” - Rosanda Anderson-West |
