Page three, first line, change Mark Lame to Mark Lane.
Page three, first paragraph, word “speech” omitted from sentence… “and Ryan made a short speech praising the Jamestown [Jonestown] operation.”
Page three, first paragraph, last sentence should read, [name deleted] [Odell Rhodes] returned to the hospital unit after Ryan’s comment.”
