Re Miami teletype to Director December 30, 1978.
On January 2, 1979, [name withheld] [Odell Rhodes] appeared voluntarily at the FBI office, Detroit, Michigan. [Rhodes] displayed a cooperative attitude but did not wish to discuss the Guyana incident without a lawyer present.
[Rhodes] stated he intended to obtain counsel and would be available for interview January 4, 1978 [1979], at Detroit, Michigan.
The client will recontact [Rhodes] on January 4, 1978.
Armed and dangerous/suicidal tendencies.
