San Francisco is in receipt of information that letters may have been written to Congressman Ryan from various people concerning the PT prior to his trip to Guyana. San Francisco assumes some type [of] file may have been by either Ryan or the House International Relations Committee (HIRC).

While in Jonestown, Guyana, Ryan required each defector to sign some sort of document indicating they were leaving voluntarily. Ryan also interviewed several people in Jonestown apparently using a tape recorder. San Francisco is not in receipt of any of the documents or tapes.
