Based on observations of apartment house where subscriber to telephone number [deleted] resides, it does not appear to be a location from which a person having 300,000 ounces of gold would reside or use as a base of operations. Los Angeles feels proposed sale may be a scheme using notoriety of RYMUR as vehicle for swindle. Consequently, Los Angeles conducting no further investigation under RYMUR caption pending direction from San Francisco or Bureau.
