FBI has authorized travel of SA Donald R. Hale, San Francisco case agent in captioned matter, to Guyana for the purpose of meeting with appropriate officials of the Government of Guyana in an effort to secure precise information to bring this investigation to a logical conclusion. It is anticipated that SA Hale will spend several days in Guyana and thoroughly review the entire investigation with various officials of both the United States and Guyanese government in Guyana. Additional details regarding areas of discussion will be furnished direct from San Francisco.

with U.S. State Department and Government of Guyana officials at Georgetown, Guyana, to determine the earliest opportunity for SA Hale to be received by governmental officials.
