I, Ellen Dupont, being duly sworn, declare:
Jeanette Kerns, my daughter, was hopelessly on drugs before she came to Peoples Temple. She has also attempted to commit suicide on numerous occasions.
Shortly after coming to Peoples Temple and while at the Santa Rosa sponsored dormitories, she had sex with Jim Cobb. She said this in a letter she wrote when she lived on Low Gap Road.
