Legat furnished copy to Swiss Federal Police Division, also on January 12, 1979.
Legat notes that formal request did not contain any mention of account number 3357 at the Swiss Bank Corporation (see Bern cable December 29, 1978). Unless appropriate actions regarding this account have been taken in Panama, it is suggested supplementary request be made by the US Department of Justice (US DJ) to include blocking and obtaining records of Swiss Bank Corporation account number 3357.

1. Coordinate with USDJ.
2. Retransmit to San Francisco.
