The following information is being provided for the benefit of the Bureau in the possible identification of as yet unknown victims in this matter:
On 12/6/78, Mrs. [name and address deleted], Kentucky, telephone [deleted], telephonically advised that she believes her daughter [name deleted] may been a victim of the Jonestown suicides and murders occurring in Guyana. She could not cite the reason for her belief and stated that she last had contact with her daughter in July, 1976, when her daughter wrote her, the letter being postmarked at Hampton, Iowa. Mrs. [name deleted] advised her daughter formerly taught school at Colorado Springs, Colorado. At the time of last contact with her daughter, Mrs. [name deleted] stated that her daughter had been seeing a psychiatrist for some unknown reason.
