Major [Name deleted], U.S. Air Force, Dover Air Force Base, Dover, Delaware advised at 11:20 AM on November 24, 1978, Mr. [Name deleted], civilian employee of the Transportation Office of the Dover Air Force Base, who was delivering routine mail from Dover Air Force Base to the Pentagon, was given the packaged note obtained from the body of the Reverend James Jones and told to telephonically contact Mr. [Name deleted] of the State Department after arriving at the Pentagon. [Name deleted] was instructed to comply with whatever instructions [Name deleted] gave him regarding the disposition regarding the note which he was transporting.
