We have been told very reliably by a very nice person close to the government that the government is favoring China. We like the Soviet Union and the government has always known that. It won’t be too good for us if China and the Guyana government start getting close.
By the way in terms of the questions we asked answers for from Moscow we expected a quicker response in view of Jim Jones’ kindness to the friends of USSR in San Francisco.
