Mark C. “Marty” Rathbun is an American former senior executive of the Church of Scientology who rose through its ranks over 27 years to become Inspector General of the Religious Technology Center, the entity overseeing the organization’s copyrights, trademarks, and ethical application of its technologies, before departing in 2004. He has written numerous works about the group in the intervening years.
