Serial 2703

Editor’s note: Serial 2703 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 2702, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial;
• The duplicate inserts the introductory line: “FBI San Francisco advised the following by teletype dated 3/28/84.”
