For information of FOIPA Larry Layton filed a petition for appeal before the US Supreme Court and on 2/21/89, the Supreme Court denied subject’s appeal.
In view of the above, United States Attorney’s Office, San Francisco, no longer claims any 7A exemption of FOIPA in this matter.
