Dear Sir,

Re your request for registration as a pharmacist in Guyana

Further to my letter of September 1977, I am directed to advise that you will be required to serve a period of attachment (72 days x 8 hrs. per day) simultaneously with lectures in forensic pharmacy under the supervision of the pharmacist in charge of a government dispensary of the Chief Pharmacist’s choice. Good conduct and satisfactory performance of duties will be added assets.

Sincerely yours,
