Sections W-1 through W-4 — labelled in the Guyana Index as “Membership Lists” –– combine for 265 pages, all of them copies of Rolodex cards with names of Jonestown residents.
The listings below are complete for these sections of the FBI’s FOIA release.
The citation for these documents should open with the FBI’s official designation of these records, which is “RYMUR 89-4286.” As differentiated from other PDFs in this collection, however, it is each individual Rolodex card in these records which has a unique number. The name of Cuyana Lynette Minor, for example, appears on a card marked “W-2-2-25”, which appears on page 4 of W-2. The complete citation for that card, then, would be “RYMUR 89-4286-W-2-2-25”.
