[1 paragraph deleted] Legat doubts that a safe deposit box at UBS, Switzerland, in fact, belongs to the People’s Temple. A possibility is that a box at UBS in Panama has the same number as a box in Switzerland.
Legat sees no reason why accounts would be in Panama and safe deposit box in Switzerland, especially since September 17, 1978, letter concerned both the accounts in Panama and safe deposit box 14665/HUK.
