Editor’s note: Serial 1415 is a virtual duplicate of Serial 1413, the text of which may be found here. The differences between the two are:

• The duplicate crosses through the introductory lines listing the agencies sending and receiving the serial; and
• The duplicate strikes the words “at BQMRA” from the first line and substitutes “by Brooklyn Queens Metropolitan Agency, FBI”.
