Re teletype requested FD-302’s be forwarded to San Francisco immediately.
To date, FD-302’s have not been received of interviews of Ron Javers, Steve Sung, Richard Dwyer and Charles Krause.
Sung and Javers were last known to be at Andrews Air Force Base, and summary of information from Javers was received.
Krause is reported to be in South America and attempts being made to locate him for interview.
Dwyer’s whereabouts not known to San Francisco but is believed to still be in Guyana.

All of these individuals are eyewitnesses of the Ryan assassination.
Baltimore is requested to immediately forward original and two copies of FD-302’s of Javers and Sung to San Francisco. If interviews not conducted, determine present location and set lead to interview.
The Bureau is requested to advise San Francisco if location of Dwyer and Krause is known.
Armed and dangerous – suicidal tendencies.
