Serial 1539

Serial 1539 represents the version of Serial 1538 which the FBI Director forwarded to Attorney General. The text of Serial 1538 may be found here. The differences between the two are that:

  • This version added a line of text at the beginning specifying the origin of the cable.
  • This version also deletes the language after the phrase “with canonical officials.”
