On January 2, 1979, attorney Charles Garry advised that Sir Lionel A. Luckhoo, barrister-at-law, Georgetown, Guyana, had agreed to represent the People’s Temple (PT) in Guyana and attempt to recover all assets of the corporation in Guyana and return them to California. These assets would then become part of the dissolution of the PT Corporation filed with the State of California in December, 1978.
