Re Los Angeles teletype to Director, Baltimore, and San Francisco, dated January 13, 1979.

Los Angeles has advised in referenced teletype teletype that certain records and x-rays are available for Ronnie Dennis, NMJ [Negro male juvenile], DOB – December 20, 1961, 5’7″, 120 lbs. Dennis is believed to have taken part in the shooting death of Leo Ryan and has not been identified among the deceased at Dover Air Force Base or as a survivor from Jonestown.

Available for identification are x-rays of Dennis’ knees

and a dental record of work performed on Dennis’ teeth. No dental x-rays are available.

San Francisco is not aware of how remaining unidentified bodies are classified at Dover Air Force Base, or if it would be feasible to x-ray needs of remains of all NMJ’s matching Dennis’ description in order to effect a comparison. Also, it is not known whether the dental work described in retel can be of aid in identification.

Leads. Baltimore. At Dover, Maryland [Delaware]. Determine from officials at Dover Air Force Base whether above data can be used to identify Ronnie Davis. If so, request same from sources in retel.

San Francisco. At San Francisco, California. If it is determined that Ronnie Dennis is not among the deceased at Dover Air Force Base, will seek criminal process against Dennis.
