For information Legat, Bern, investigation has determined that account number 3357 at the Swiss Bank Corporation is physically located in Panama and steps have been taken to immobilize that account. Accordingly, formal request to Swiss authorities did not contain any mention of this account relative to action to be taken in Switzerland.
