1. Legatt advises seven cases recording tapes being shipped from Georgetown, Guyana, to FBI New York City via Pan Am flight 228 on Tuesday, January 30, 1979 to arrive JRK [JFK] airport at 6:15 pm local time. Legatt and [Assistant Commissioner of Guyana Police C.A. Roberts] will accompany shipment.

2. Request FBI NYC meet flight for transhipment of cases to WDC and assist Legatt and [Roberts] in transfer to La Guardia airport for American flight 490 at 9:03pm to arrive National Airport at WDC at 10 pm.
