1. Upon receipt reftel, charge telephoned highest official available in Ministry External Affairs to request immediate identification and immobilization of any Peoples Temple assets in Grenada.

2. Official promised raise matter at once with Prime Minister and Attorney General to consider what steps can be taken under Grenada law to meet our request.

3. We are sending full note to Grenada as transmitted reftel. Will report any further reaction.
