Legat Robert Oglesby, Georgetown, Guyana will transport seven crates to Washington, DC. Accompanying Oglesby will be Cecil A. Roberts, Assistant Commissioner in charge of the Criminal Investigative Division, Police of Guyana, who was in charge of captioned investigation in Guyana.
