For benefit of Identification Division, following is summary of information concerning Ronnie Dennis to assist in the identification of deceased bodies.

Dennis is charged (sealed complaint and warrant) with the

assassination of Congressman Ryan. Ronnie Dennis described as Negro male juvenile, DOB November 20, 1961, 5’7″, 120 pounds (maybe taller and heavier as date of description unknown).

On November 18, 1975, Dennis was outpatient at Martin Luther King, Jr. Hospital, 12021 South Wilmington Avenue, Los Angeles, California, when x-rays were taken of both knees. AFIP may obtain x-rays with written request directed to William A. Delgardo, Administrator at the above hospital.

On June 26, 1972, Dennis treated for dog bite on the upper left arm. No x-rays or stitches were noted in medical records.

Dr. Clifford Jackson, DDS, Florence Firestone Health Center, Los Angeles, conducted the following dental work on Dennis, however, no x-rays are in file.

All fillings are silver.

November 16, 1970, occlusal filling on first molar, upper left. November 30, 1970, occlusal filling first molar, lower right. December 21, 1970, occlusal and baccal first molar, lower left. January 25, 1971, upper right first molar, occlusal filling, distal lingual gingival.
