Special Agents (SAs) [names deleted], Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) met Pan-American flight 228, arriving at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFKIA) from Guyana, South America. SAs [names deleted] observed the offloading of 15 crates cosigned from the American Embassy, 31 Main Street, Georgetown, Guyana, to FBI, San Francisco, United States of America (USA) under airbill 026-789132. This shipment was processed by US Customs, and transported by SAs [names deleted] to United Airlines Hanger Eight.

At United Airlines Hanger Eight, SAs [names deleted] observed the 15 crates loaded into container number 7452 and sealed with seals number 012003 and 012024.

SA [name deleted] accompanied the container to United Airlines ramp area and observed the container noted on United Airlines Flight 21 and the cargo door closed.

SAs [names deleted] remained at United Airlines gate six until flight 21 departed. Flight 21 was a nonstop flight from New York to San Francisco and scheduled to arrive in San Francisco at 12:24 AM, Pacific Standard Time, on January 20, 1979.

Kennedy International Airport (JFKIA) aboard Pan-American Airways, Flight 228, and presented United States (US) Passport in the name of Robin [Tschetter], Number [deleted] and United States (US) Passport in the name of Joan Pursley, Number F020911, to Special Agents of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
