Re San Francisco teletype to Bureau, February 12, 1979.
At 1:15 PM, February 13, 1979, Stephanie Brown was returned unharmed to South San Francisco PD by Teresa Cobb. Cobb advised Brown had been at a residence in Petaluma, California, which Cobb would not divulge.
Presently, Brown is in the custody of the San Mateo County Child Protective Service and will be interviewed by Buagents on February 14, 1979.
Bureau will be advised of results of interview.
Armed and dangerous. Suicidal tendencies.
