Legal Attache Caracas is requested to expedite obtaining all witness interviews conducted by Police of Guyana particular interviews of the [name deleted] [Carters] and Michael Prokes.

The Civil Division of the Department requests that Legal Attache obtained from Government of Guyana travel records for the Carters, Mike Prokes, and Paula Adams.
