Legal Attache Caracas is requested to expedite obtaining all witness interviews conducted by Police of Guyana particular interviews of the [name deleted] [Carters] and Michael Prokes.

The Civil Division of the Department requests that Legal Attache obtained from Government of Guyana travel records for the Carters, Mike Prokes, and Paula Adams.

The Criminal Division of the Department has advised that FGJ [federal grand jury] testimony indicates that [several lines deleted under b3 exemption]

For information San Francisco the Civil Division has advised that Xerox copies of the minutes of the coroner’s inquest furnished by the Government of Guyana to the Department are missing pages four and 33.
