Information developed this date from Secret Service, San Francisco, that Lee Ingram, born [date deleted], People’s Temple security and basketball coach in Georgetown has departed Guyana via Cabana [Cubana] Airlines to Kingston, Jamaica. It is believed Ingram is en route to United States, although itinerary from Kingston unknown but logically will arrive in Miami or New York.
AUSA [Assistant US Attorney], San Francisco, in process of obtaining federal

grand jury subpoena which will be facsimiled to Miami and New York upon receipt.
AUSA authorized that Ingram be photographed, fingerprinted, and passport seized at Customs. Every effort should be made to interview Ingram.
Brooklyn/Queens MRA and Miami are requested to contact logical airlines to determine port of arrival for Ingram and conduct investigation per AUSA.
