Enclosed for the Photographic Unit of the FBI Laboratory is one 5 x 7 color photograph of the airstrip at Port Kaituma, Guyana, S.A.
The enclosed photograph was taken by SA [Name deleted] when he was in Guyana.
Through interviews of eyewitnesses of the shooting of Congressman Leo J. Ryan, the FBI is attempting to ascertain the position of the vehicles, airplanes, and people involved.

The Photographic Unit is requested to enlarge the close photograph to a 20”x24” [crossed out, handwritten “16×20” substituted] size if possible and furnish 36 copies in this size to the San Francisco Div. to enable each eyewitness to plot his path, and his recollection of the locations of the planes and vehicles.
